      Returns a RequestHandler instance appropriate for the WebDAV HTTP methods.
      Parameters:
      method - the WebDAV HTTP method which can be PROPFIND, PROPPATCH, MKCOL, GET, HEAD, POST, DELETE, PUT, COPY, MOVE, LOCK, or UNLOCK.
      Returns:
      a RequestHandler instance which can't be null.
