LeaderRetrievalDriver	A LeaderRetrievalDriver is responsible for retrieves the current leader which has been elected by the LeaderElectionDriver.
LeaderRetrievalDriverFactory	Factory for creating LeaderRetrievalDriver with different implementation.
LeaderRetrievalEventHandler	Interface which should be implemented to notify to LeaderInformation changes in LeaderRetrievalDriver.
LeaderRetrievalListener	Classes which want to be notified about a changing leader by the LeaderRetrievalService have to implement this interface.
